Handmade with upholstery grade leather, marine grade UV resistant thread, stainless steel grommets, and a removable strap made with Amsteel (dyneema) line tied with a bowline knot. Amsteel is an incredible material taking the sailing industry by storm, pound for pound it has a higher breaking strength than steel, and it is incredibly chafe resistant. The line used on this bag has an 1800 lb breaking strength. Each bag comes with a simple illustration to help you learn to tie a bowline knot, which is the most useful knot in sailing.
